Description[]
Balamb Island is the island where you start the game. You will find many useful things and information to start your journey on GOC. Also known as the "Noob Island". The island is very small, consisting of a forest, a port, and some houses located to the east coast. Many of the NPC mostly the guards, do not have the updated head as most guards on the mainland of Graal City have. The ship that also takes players to the mainland remains in the original form while the one in Graal City has had a massive update to it's design.
